Looking for a gym membership that supports your lifestyle? This is why we have 3 different options to ensure we are providing our members with the highest value possible.

This gives you 24 hour access to our OPEN Gym.

This membership allows you access to ONE group class per week. You can add on open gym (CORE+) for an additional £35

This membership allows you access to unlimited classes every week. For an additional £25 you can have unlimited access to the OPEN gym as well (PREMIUM+)

Everyone knows that fitness is good for you. But at The  Hub, we put a lot of focus into finding the perfect balance of structured, progressive training and enjoying your workouts and being part of a community of likeminded people. 

 

Along with the 1-1 and small group coaching. We run group strength, conditioning and functional  fitness classes that will complement your goals. Whether you’re new or well trained athlete, we’ve got what you need to stay healthy and feel great.

 

As a community focused gym, we strive to be a place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun. We want you to leave feeling better than ever.

The Training Hub

Built for athletes who are results driven. Our facility has everything you need for HYROX training, strength development, and endurance work, plus easy access to an outdoor run route to take your training beyond four walls.

The PT Hub

The PT Hub is our private training space centred on high-quality coaching and athlete experience. This unit is designed for 1-to-1 or small group PT sessions where personalised programming, technical development, and consistent support come first. With a fully equipped setup for strength, conditioning and Hyrox, every session is built around helping you train better and move forward with purpose.
